Welcome to laiscarnauba.com (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this Site are digital photographic downloads delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

2. License and Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital download grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the image for personal purposes only, including:

  • Printing and displaying it in your home
  • Using it as personal wallpaper (phone or computer)
  • Sharing on personal social media, non-commercially, with credit to the photographer (@laiscarnauba)

This license does not include, and a separate commercial license is required for:

  • Use on websites, advertising, or business materials
  • Resale of the digital file or prints made from it
  • Editorial use (magazines, commercial blogs, publications)
  • Any use that generates direct or indirect revenue for third parties

3. Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Lais Carnaúba. Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights in the image.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s own terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Delivery

Digital downloads are sent manually by the photographer after payment is confirmed. Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes of receiving payment notification, but may take up to 48 hours. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout so we can send your file and reach you if there is any issue with delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

This Site and its products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
